Reliable charging service

Some time ago, Brody knocked on Blulinc's door for public charging stations at the company's properties. Wim Thomas is head of real estate at Brody. "Mobility and sustainability have become very important to us. Not only the fiscal but also the ecological footprint determines the value of a building today." Brody wanted to offer a reliable charging service to visitors and customers, and therefore decided to partner with Blulinc.

Real-time monitoring

"As a company, we wanted a professional to help adapt our parking heritage to the future," said Wim Thomas. "You can't get there today with two or three charging stations." Together, we thought about what would be the most strategic locations for charging stations. The goal was maximum accessibility and visibility. After some thought, we installed eight charging points within Brody's properties and linked them to an app for real-time monitoring and to user-friendly interfaces.

An "all-in-one" team was in charge of everything from project management over planning and execution to managing the charging stations. And the project has been a success: the charging stations are up and running and reinforce Brody's image as a customer-oriented and sustainable organization.
