STEP 1
Application through employer or Cafeteria plan provider
The employee applies for the charge card through the employer or cafeteria plan administrator.

Choice: Charge card with predetermined budget
The employee chooses a charge card with a preset budget arranged through the cafeteria plan.

Application to Blulinc
The employer or cafeteria plan administrator forwards the request to Blulinc for further processing.

Processing by Blulinc
Blulinc processes the application and registers the charge card for the employee.

Delivery Charge Card
The charging pass will be sent to the employee within 1 to 3 days of application.

Use of Charge Card
The employee can use the charge card directly at charging stations and the cost is settled through the predetermined budget.

Site Survey
Blulinc conducts a site survey at the employee's home to assess technical capabilities and installation requirements.

Charging Point Installation
After the site survey, the installation of the charge point is scheduled and carried out within 14 to 21 days of signing the lease.

Delivery & Brief Training
After installation, Blulinc provides a brief explanation of how to use the charge point and the Blulinc app. The installation is then inspected and finalized.
