Where can I load with Blulinc?

Our charging passes are accepted at public and private charging points throughout Europe. Our largest coverage is in the Beneleux with 98%, followed by France with 90% and Germany with 89%. By the end of 2024, we will be connected to +600,000 charging points

How much does a charging session cost?

At Blulinc, electricity costs vary depending on location and time of day. With our charge card, you can easily view the cost in the Blulinc App for any publicly available charge point, including any additional charges.

How long will it take to receive the charging pass?

All orders placed before 2 p.m. on a business day will be shipped the same day.

Delivery time may vary depending on your region, but in general you can expect the following:

  • Belgium: 1-2 business days
  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days
  • Luxembourg: 1-2 working days
  • France: 2-3 working days
  • Germany: 2-3 working days
  • UK: 4-5 working days

If your charge card has not arrived after 5 days, please contact us. We will then send you a new one.

Where can I find my loading history?

Charging sessions are visible via our app. Your charging sessions are conveniently listed on your collective invoice. However, we depend on the charge post provider (CPO) to deliver the transactions. It can take up to two months for a CPO to pass on the public charging sessions to us.

My charge card is not working or the session is not starting?

It may happen that your charge card doesn't work. What should you do then? There are a number of steps you can take to resolve this:

  1. Just try starting the session with our Blulinc app.

  4. Send an email to support@blulinc.com

How do I find available charging stations?

At Blulinc, our app lets you view all charging stations and their details, including availability, maximum charging speed and a full overview of charging rates. On the map, you can quickly find available charging stations.

I lost my charge card. What should I do?

Contact our support department to have your charge card blocked and request a new one.
