How does billing work?
The total invoice for the purchase of a charging station you pay in three installments, after signing the order form. The first installment, 50% of the total amount, you pay in advance. The second installment, 40% of the total amount, you pay after a certain stage in the installation process. The remaining 10% you pay after the completion of the installation.
Paying for charging sessions can be done in several ways.
- Via credit card, you immediately pay for your charging session.
- You can also pay with prepaid credit that you deposit into your account.
- A budget can also be agreed upon and charged in lump sums via invoice. This can be periodic, such as monthly or quarterly, depending on the agreement.

How is after-service after installation?
Technical support: customers can count on help with technical questions or problems. Blulinc can be reached via phone, e-mail and an online support platform.
Proactive monitoring: charging stations undergo several automatic checks daily to ensure correct operation. This makes maintenance actually unnecessary.
Repairs when necessary: when necessary, we make repairs to ensure that the charging stations continue to function optimally.
Software Updates: charging stations receive regular software updates for improved efficiency and compatibility.
Advice and support: Blulinc offers advice and support on charging station usage, energy management and optimizing the charging process.

How is reimbursement to employees handled?
Step 1 - billing for charging sessions .. After the first month of charging sessions, we issue an invoice to the employer or company.
Step 2 - payment by employer/company .. Blulinc expects that invoice to be paid within 30 days.
Step 3 - preparation of credit note. After receiving payment of the invoice, Blulinc prepares a credit note addressed to the employee. The credit note offsets the number of kilowatt hours charged against the applicable CREG/VREG rate.
Step 4 - reimbursement to employee. The employee receives the refund to his/her account. This process takes about 45-60 days the first time, after the first refund the process is monthly.

How long should I wait for my charging stations to be installed?
We manage to perform most installations 1 to 3 weeks after the order is placed, although the waiting time may vary. Much depends on the specific circumstances and requirements of your installation. Please contact us for an accurate estimate of installation time in your specific situation.

What grants and subsidies can I benefit from?
There are several premiums and subsidies available for installing charging stations, depending on your specific situation and location. For private individuals in Belgium, a 30% tax break still applies in 2023, which decreases to 15% in 2024. For companies, an increased investment deduction of 150% for public charging points is available until August 2024.
