Sustainability in Residentie Rozenberg: art, shops and Hestia headquarters
Residentie Rozenberg, with five modern apartments, is an example of Mol's pride and sustainability. Artist Raymond Minnen has provided the façade with a perfectly matching work of art. In addition to the apartments, the Rozenbergpark houses two sustainable Hestia shops, all rented out. On the top floor of the Bristol Shoes commercial building is the sustainable Hestia Headquarters.
